Strong working knowledge of Quickbooks, Exchange and project management tools
Solid organizational skills including multitasking skills
Print and maintain project plans, documentation and reports
Prepare project submittals and order material upon approval
Generate project warranty letters, O&M’s and any closeout documentation required by General Contractors
Type & distribute estimates and change orders
Complete various filing and other administrative duties as necessary
