Front Desk Customer Service

We currently have an opening for our front office. This is a very, very fast-paced busy position that is a constant buzz of activity, with pressure to complete tasks accurately and timely to meet our customers’ needs, this position also requires strong multitasking and coordination of constantly changing variables.

Our ideal candidate will be very outgoing, computer savvy loves being around people and helping, thinking outside the box type that likes to be able to use their talents on a variety of projects.

This position will perform a variety of administrative responsibilities, but are not limited to:

Be the face and voice that our customers first hear on the phone and see when they come into our office.

Interacting in a highly professional manner and effectively communicating with staff and customers in a pleasant upbeat manner is essential.

Answering the telephone, transferring calls, taking detailed messages, and being able to resolve and answer standard questions regarding our organization.

Helping with backend title work for the dealership.

Checking In/Out Customer.

Ordering supplies and parts as needed.

Schedule customer appointments.

Receive parts, processing returns.

Working in a database to enter POs, credit, and Track Inventory.

Working with and building a positive relationship with Vendors, Insurance, and Warranty Companies.

Prepare brochures, flyers, documents, presentations, schedule meetings, and provide overall administrative assistance for the Managers.

Research information as needed, provide solutions and recommendations.

Any experience and or knowledge in automotive, RVs, boats, mechanically inclined, title work and dealership experience are added benefits.

Requirements that are a Must:

Solid knowledge of computer skills and software (especially Microsoft Office Suite, email, and the Internet).

Posses a positive outgoing personality and always going the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service to our customers at all times.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be able to pass a drug and background screening.

High energy and strong multitasking skills.
